Forest X is a great addon that improves the vanilla game and adds a large number of different blocks and items. In the new biomes, you will be able to find new animals, such as raccoons and brown bears.

 

In the addon, you will find a lot of useful things when playing with it.

For example, fruit trees from which you can collect fruits.

Cherry tree

From the cherry tree, you can collect cherries. The tree itself can be found in the Fruit Forest.

Lemon tree

Lemons grow on the lemon tree, which can also be eaten. Due to the fact that lemons are sour, they give a hunger effect for a short period of time. The tree itself can be found in the Fruit Forest.

Pear tree

From a pear tree, you can collect pears, from which you can cook jam. The tree itself can be found in the Fruit Forest.

Peach tree

Peaches can be obtained from a peach tree. The tree itself can be found in the Fruit Forest.

New ores

There are three new ores in the world: silver ore, sapphire ore and rock salt.

Silver ore

Silver tools are slightly stronger than iron ones and blocks are extracted faster.

Sapphire ore

The sapphire ore is used to buy things from a wizard.

Rock salt

Add salt you can salt the fish and egg. According to the characteristics, it is slightly better than fried food.

Brown bear

A brown bear is an analog of a polar bear that appears in an ordinary forest and taiga.

Racoon

Raccoon is an animal that wants to eat pears, and also hide chests from them, because they like to steal things from the player.

The rest of the content can be found in the addon itself. The addon also supports versions 1.17.30+.

Known issues

  • Biomes from the addon are not generated with toggle "Caves & Cliffs" is on because there is an bug in the game
