It is nearing the end of the Clone Wars and there are still several battles between the seperatist and the republic happening. Anakin is in the process of trying to kill count dooku and turning to the dark side. Captain Rex listened to fives and realised that all clones have inhibitor chips and that order 66 would soon happen.  Rex removed his inhibitor chip and began warning other clone commanders to remove there's. Palpatine realized what Rex was doing his pronounced him crazy as well as a traitor to the republic and wanted for conspiring with rebels. Rex had already warned many clone commanders of legions and those who listened removed their inhibitor chips from most of their legion and themselves. Palatine saw this happening and executed order 66 early but changed the order to also kill all clone traitors.  The clones who executed order 66 changed to stormtrooper armor and the ones who didn't stayed as clone armor. The clones who didn't execute order 66 are now at war with the empire. Anakin never got to disable the droids but the seperatist are still at war with the empire and republic, count dooku survived and began reprogramming b1 battle droids to help the clones fight the empire.

Factions:

Republic- Clones, Reprogrammed Battle Droids, and the player. (Enemy's are separatist and imperial)

Separatist- Droids (Enemy's are Rebuplic and Imperial)

Imperial- Stormtroopers, Sith Troopers (Enemy's are Republic and Separatist)

Goal- The players goal is to grow your clone trooper army to fight against the Empirial's and Separatist.
